I had a pretty nice stay at the DoubleTree Savannah Historic District with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The service was exceptional, especially from staff members like Ashley and Ronica, who really went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but I did notice some street noise occasionally. The location is prime, being close to attractions like River Street and the City Market. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, a real treat to start the day. Although the valet service made things easy, it does add up in cost, so that's something to keep in mind.
